FAQ

Questions? We've got answers.

A few of the things businesses usually want to know before starting a website project.

GOOD TO KNOW

Keep it simple.

You don't need to be a web expert to work with Beacon. We'll explain the important stuff and handle the technical pieces we agree to handle.

Ask About My Project →
How long does a website take?

It depends on the size and complexity of the project. A smaller site can move much faster than a larger custom build. We'll give you a clearer timeline after reviewing your project.

Do I need a domain name?

You can have one already, or we can help you figure out what you need. Your domain is the address people use to find your website.

Do you provide hosting?

Hosting can be arranged depending on the project. We'll explain the setup and any ongoing costs before you commit. Domain registration and hosting are separate third-party costs unless your quote says otherwise.

Can you redesign my existing website?

Yes. If you already have a website, tell us what you like, what you don't, and what you want to improve. We'll include that in the quote.

How many revisions do I get?

Revision limits vary by project scope. Your quote will spell out what is included before work begins, and larger changes outside the agreed scope can be quoted separately.

Can you add booking or payments?

Yes, when the required service or integration supports it. These features are typically part of a custom or Premium project because setup, subscriptions, and third-party fees can vary.

What happens after I submit the quote form?

We'll review your answers, look at the scope, and use that information to recommend a starting package and next step.

Do I have to choose a package before contacting you?

No. The quote form includes an “I'm not sure” option. It's completely fine to start with the goal you have in mind instead of knowing the technical details.

STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?

We'll help you figure out the rest.
